Welcome to TNG Nail Academy - a professional training environment created to help you grow with confidence, creativity, and skill.

Our policies are here to protect both you and the academy, and to make sure every student enjoys a safe, positive, and professional learning experience. By enrolling, you agree to uphold these standards and embrace your journey with us.

  • We’re excited to support you in your journey to becoming a confident, skilled nail artist.

    • Please treat your educators, classmates, and the academy with respect.

    • Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour is not welcome - we want everyone to feel safe and supported.

    • Training is a serious commitment, and we encourage you to participate fully, ask questions, and enjoy the learning experience.

  • our progress depends on consistent attendance.

    • Arrive on time and ready to learn to get the most from each session.

    • If you can’t make a class, please notify us as early as possible. Life happens, and we’ll do our best to support you.

    • Frequent absence or lateness may affect your ability to complete the course and receive a certificate.

  • We carefully plan every course to give all students the best learning experience.

    • Deposits and course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once your place is confirmed.

    • If the academy needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll offer another date or a full refund.

    • Please understand that cancellations within 14 days of the course start date cannot be refunded.

  • We understand that plans can change.

    • Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the course start date.

    • Transfers are subject to availability and will incur an admin fee of £50.

    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be considered forfeited bookings.

  • We want every student to feel prepared and confident.

    • Minimum age to enrol is 18 years old.

    • No prior experience is needed unless stated.

    • Follow our dress and hygiene guidelines (clean, comfortable clothing; hair tied back; minimal jewellery). PPE will be provided.

    • The academy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

    • Mobile phone use is limited to breaks so everyone can focus on learning.

  • Your wellbeing is our priority.

    • Please follow all safety and hygiene instructions to keep yourself and others safe.

    • Let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries before training starts.

    • Wear PPE as instructed during practical sessions.

    • Report any accidents immediately - we’re here to support you.

  • We love celebrating your progress!

    • Photos and videos may be taken for marketing and educational purposes.

    • By enrolling, you consent to this unless you opt out in writing.

    • Respect other students’ privacy - do not record or share content without permission.

    • When sharing your work online, please credit TNG Nail Academy appropriately.

  • All materials you receive are designed to support your learning.

    • Please use course content for personal study only.

    • Copying, sharing, or reproducing materials is not permitted.

    • Breaches may result in removal from the course and legal action.

  • Certification is a mark of your professional skill and commitment.

    • Certificates are awarded when all practical and theory requirements are successfully completed.

    • Educators may withhold certification if standards for safety, hygiene, or competency are not met.

    • Certification does not replace professional insurance - this must be obtained independently before working with clients.

  • We welcome your feedback and aim to resolve any concerns fairly.

    • Please submit complaints in writing within 7 days of the issue.

    • The academy will respond within 10 working days.

    • Constructive feedback is encouraged - it helps us improve and serve students better.

  • TNG Nail Academy celebrates diversity and is committed to equality for all.

    • Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion will not be tolerated.

    • Everyone should feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their learning journey.

  • Your personal information is safe with us.

    • We collect data only for course administration and communication.

    • We comply fully with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    • Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

  • We want you to learn safely and confidently.

    • The academy holds public and professional liability insurance.

    • Students practise under supervision and are not covered for external work unless separately insured.

    • The academy is not liable for loss, injury, or damage resulting from failure to follow guidance or safety procedures.

  • Hands-on practice is an essential part of your training.

    • Some courses require you to bring a model; guidelines will be provided in advance.

    • Models must meet health and hygiene requirements.

    • We may assist with models where possible but cannot guarantee availability.

  • We aim to support all students, but in rare cases, training may be withdrawn.
    The academy reserves the right to remove a student without refund if:

    • Attendance or punctuality requirements are not met

    • Unsafe or unhygienic practices occur

    • Misconduct, bullying, or harassment takes place

    • Confidentiality or intellectual property is breached

    • Course fees are unpaid

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you:

    • Have read, understood, and agree to all academy policies.

    • Acknowledge that training requires commitment, professionalism, and respect.

    • Understand that policies may be updated occasionally, and the academy will keep you informed.
