Navigating through Covid-19

We hope that you and your families are well during this time.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. We have been receiving many messages of love and support.
We have introduced new measures and practices to ensure focus on the health, safety and comfort of all our clients and employees. These include, but are not limited to;
Strictly appointments only. We kindly ask that clients book appointments prior to visiting, so we can prepare and control numbers within the salon. Do note that we can only allow 2 clients in the salon at a time so please plan your arrival accordingly. Due to the size of our salon, we must employ a one-in-one-out system and ask clients to leave promptly when your treatment is finished.
Social distancing. We encourage social distancing between clients and will be spacing workstations accordingly. We request that clients receiving treatments come alone.
Face coverings. We kindly ask you to wear a face covering at all times during your appointment. Our staff wear individually wrapped, disposable, carbon filter face masks which are also available for our clients, should you wish to purchase one.
Safeguard perspex screens. We have installed safeguard perspex screens on each workstation to prevent the direct transmission of particles between clients and employees.
Extended cleaning routines. We will be increasing the frequency of disinfectant cleaning throughout the salon before, during and after every treatment. We kindly ask that all clients sanitise their hands with the antibacterial sanitising gel provided upon arrival.
Strict hygiene protocols. We disinfect all sanitisable tools using Barbicide and a UV sterilisation machine. All other tools are single-use. This includes gloves, files, buffers, sanding bands, tissues, cotton wool, foils, pumice bars, blades.
Covid-19 certification. All staff have achieved Covid-19 certifications and we will continue to train staff accordingly.
Client records. We will be recording dates, times and contact information from all clients in case contact tracing needs to be done. We fully respect the privacy of individuals and we are committed to protecting your personal information.
No food or drink. This is to protect the hygiene of our clients and our working environment. You are welcome to bring a bottle of water.
